My son needed this book for his Algebra class. It was in excellent condition for being used. Would recommend this to everyone.
If you are a parent of a 5th-9th grade child learning algebra.you MUST get this book. It has helped my child, independently, learn their algebra in a different, easy-to-understand language. When I've had to further assist - I understood exactly.
I can't say enough good things about the "math on call series" -- I'm a parent who has had these books in the house since my daughter was in fifth grade. We keep them with the school supplies for her reference when she is doing math homework. Highly recommended.
This book is a great home reference guide for Algebra and pre-algebra, and especially if your child is ahead of the class and needs to self-teach new concepts.WWJR. I think He would read this book, if he needed any algebra help. It explains math terms and concepts well enough for an "old style math" parent to help with homework.
Bravo. Easy & understandable format would highly recommend for 1st yr. college Freshman Algebra I. This Fall the book will be by my side along with my Algebra I book.
